If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, please let us know immediately and we’ll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction. To get in touch concerning a return or cancellation, please email us here.
Your item arrived broken and is not usable. In that case, to be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it/them. They/It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Before returning an item, we require you to contact our support at our customer service for information regarding returns.
- Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items.
- You may cancel your order within a 24-hour time frame after your purchase, provided that you state a significant reason. Order cancellations more than 24 hours after your purchase are not possible. Under no circumstances can we cancel an order if an item was sent out already.
- If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 30% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Representatives.
- Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
- Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
